About Douglas

Douglas Eisenberg is a co-founding and co-managing partner of Eisenberg & Baum, LLP, where he leads the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Mr. Eisenberg has over 30 years of experience advising clients on transactions respecting real property. He regularly provides counsel to entrepreneurs, families, family offices, and closely-held businesses in a broad range of real estate matters, including the acquisition, ownership, operation, development, and divestiture of real property. Mr. Eisenberg has particular experience advising clients with respect to sophisticated real estate transactions involving leveraged capital, complex financings, and co-investment vehicles. Prior to forming Eisenberg & Baum, LLP, Mr. Eisenberg was affiliated with Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, Kaye Scholer LLP and Robinson Silverman Pearce Aronsohn & Berman LLP.
