Dr. Keith W. Diener is a Senior Associate who has argued cases in dozens of different courts in multiple states, including Federal Circuit and State Supreme Courts. He has worked on matters within the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, before unemployment panels, and various other state and federal administrative agencies.
