Ducarmel Saintlouis

A native of Haiti, Ducarmel grew up in Pompano Beach, Florida, and graduated from Dillard Center for the Performing Arts. He attended Morehouse College where he earned a B.A. in Political Science, graduating with honors and was inducted into the Delta of Georgia Chapter of the Phi Beta Kappa Society. He holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. Ducarmel represents and counsels policyholders in all matters against insurance companies.
