Dwayne T. Buckner is an attorney born and raised in Walterboro, South Carolina. He graduated from South Carolina State University in 1994 and received his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 2007. He began his legal career as a public defender in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, before returning to Walterboro in 2009 to start his own practice. Mr. Buckner is active in his community, having served on the Walterboro City Council and helped organize the Lowcountry International Society. He is licensed to practice law in South Carolina and Florida.
