Dylan Benson began taking college classes at age 16 and was a licensed Realtor by high school. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Human Communications studies from California State University Fullerton and a Juris Doctor from the University of Wyoming College of Law, graduating a semester early. He started his legal career at Motley Rice Law Firm, working on opioid litigation. He is actively licensed in Utah and has an inactive license in Montana. He practices real estate law, family law, criminal defense, civil litigation, and personal injury.
