Dennis Benjamin practices in the areas of personal injury, wills and estates, municipal law, and family law. Before forming Benjamin & James, PLLC, Mr. Benjamin spent 20 years with the New York State Police. He also served as Assistant District Attorney for Seneca County for six years. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army Reserve, retiring as a Major, and served in Desert Shield/Desert Storm and Operation Enduring Freedom. He is a graduate of Syracuse University School of Law and Rochester Institute of Technology.
