About E.
A native of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Richardson attended Davidson College in Davidson, North Carolina, where he was a Bonner Scholar and a Scott Candler, Jr., Scholar. In 2006, he was graduated from Davidson with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English. Following his graduation from Davidson, Richardson enrolled at the University of Mississippi School of Law from which he was graduated magna cum laude in 2010, with an American Jurisprudence Award in Federal Trial Practice. While in law school, Richardson interned with the Chief Judge of the United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi, and the District Attorney for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Mississippi. In addition to his internships, Richardson served as both a staff editor and as an associate articles editor for the Mississippi Law Journal, the University of Mississippi School of Law’s flagship legal publication. In the summer of 2010, the Mississippi Law Journal chose to publish his article, Immigrant Teachers in High-Minority Schools: Using Immigration Law to Bypass the Strict Scrutiny & the Colorblind Constitutionalism of Parents Involved, 79 Miss. L.J. 1073. Following his graduation, Richardson moved to Beaufort County where he currently resides with his wife, Jean, and their two children, Eloise and Henry.
