Edgar Michael Pinilla received his Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2004 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina School of Law. He was admitted to practice law in South Carolina in 2008 and before the United States District Court of South Carolina in 2009.
