Edward Carter, Jr. has over 40 years of legal experience, and is a retired senior partner of Kimmel, Carter, Roman, Peltz and O'Neill, P.A. Mr. Carter focused on general and civil trial practice, insurance, negligence, federal practice, workers’ compensation, construction accidents, and products liability. As an experienced personal injury and workers’ compensation attorney in Delaware, Mr. Carter has a proven track record of achieving favorable results for clients injured as a result of an accident or while on the job. Mr. Carter maintains active involvement in the Workers' Injury Law and Advocacy Group (WILG) receiving the WILG Michael J. Rucka Lifetime Achievement Award in 2022.
