Edward J. Hartwig is an attorney experienced in Criminal Defense and Personal Injury Law. He started his private practice in 2012 after 13 years as a partner in a Youngstown law firm. He is certified by the Supreme Court of Ohio to represent defendants as Trial Co-Counsel in death penalty cases. He has received numerous awards including a 10.0 Superb rating by Avvo, Avvo Clients' Choice Award for seven consecutive years (2013-2019), Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Stars (2012, 2013), National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40, and was named to the 2025 Ohio Super Lawyers list.
