Mr. Murphy was born in White Plains, New York, and earned his B.S. from Florida State University. He received his J.D. from Mercer University School of Law in Georgia. He was admitted to both the Florida and Georgia Bars in 1995. His experience includes internship work with the Office of the State Attorney, Second Judicial Circuit of Florida, and Gulf Coast Legal Services.
