Edward P. Milstein

Edward P. Milstein, born and raised in Manhattan, graduated from New York University in 1970 and Brooklyn Law School in 1974. He was admitted to practice law in New York State in 1975 and New Jersey in 1983. After law school, he joined Harry H. Lipsig's firm, where he became head of the medical malpractice department in 1977 at age 28. He presided over the department for sixteen years, handling over 3,000 cases and taking 2,500 depositions of doctors. He was trial counsel in over 200 trials, with 20 verdicts exceeding $1 million.
