About Edward
Edward R. Kennett, also known as Ted, has advocated for injured individuals for over thirty years. He graduated from Temple Law School in 1993 and served as a judicial clerk in Lancaster County. He then worked for the Lancaster County District Attorney’s office, handling and trying hundreds of cases. He later became a senior associate with a Philadelphia law firm and then a partner at a Lancaster law firm, before joining KBG. He handles cases involving motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, premise liability, insurance bad-faith, products liability, medical negligence, and nursing home abuse. He was lead trial counsel for one of the few plaintiff’s medical negligence verdicts in Lancaster County. He is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a fellow of the Academy of Advocacy, and has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star numerous times. He was named to The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 and rated “AV-Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell. He is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America and serves as the Chair of the Lancaster Bar Association Professionalism/Ethics Section and a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice Amicus Curiae Committee.
