Eldon E. Montague

About Eldon

Eldon (Monty) was a native of St. Marys, where he was born on March 20, 1921. Following his service as a Marine officer in the South Pacific in WWII, he returned home and ultimately joined Ed Noble in the practice of law. Monty held degrees from Wittenberg University and The Ohio State University. Monty was an active and independent voice in the community where he had served on numerous boards. He was also the moving force behind the establishment of the local Big Brothers-Big Sisters organization. His service to the state and local bar have been recognized as well. Monty was known for his focus in all of his efforts practicing probate law. (Deceased 2018)
