About Elio
Elio Battista, Jr. joined Parkowski, Guerke & Swayze, P.A. in 2012 as a Director. He concentrates his practice in the areas of administrative and government law, environmental law, regulatory enforcement, commercial law and litigation, non-profit governance, and employment and labor law.
