About Elisabeth
When asked as kid why I wanted to be an attorney, I would simply say, “to help people.” As an attorney at Adler Giersch, I have the privilege of living that goal every day. I am dedicated to helping our clients through some of the toughest times in their lives with compassion, integrity, and strong advocacy. I joined Adler Giersch in the spring of 2022 after five years with the Snohomish County Prosecutor’s Office, where I advocated for victims of serious and violent crimes. As a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, I handled cases from charging to post-conviction and completed over 30 jury trials. My experience in the criminal realm highlighted the need for victims of injustices to have a strong voice speaking on their behalf. The same is absolutely true in the world of civil law when representing a client that has been hurt and is trying to put their lives back together. At Adler Giersch we have the opportunity to ensure that the victims’ voices are heard, so that they not only receive compensation for their injuries but are respected throughout the process.
