Elizabeth A. McCoy is of Counsel at HBN and specializes in complex maritime and commercial litigation, contract and insurance coverage disputes, class actions, maritime personal injury (including Jones Act, unseaworthiness, wrongful death and DOHSA claims), statutory and regulatory violations, and appeals. Liz heads the HBN post-trial and appeals team. She is adept at crafting persuasive briefs and arguments that have resulted in numerous Federal and State courts reversing, vacating, or reconsidering judge and jury awards.
