Meet Ella Douglas-dedicated nurse, healthcare leader, seasoned trial attorney, and passionate advocate for justice. Before pursuing law, Ella built an impressive career as a master-prepared registered nurse with Ochsner Health System. She also served as a paramedic for Acadian Ambulance and Airmed Services, taught as an adjunct professor in Loyola College of Nursing’s Master’s Program, and contributed to the Louisiana State Board of Nursing.
