Ella joined the Dormer Harpring team in September 2024, eager to assist clients throughout their cases. Ella holds an Associate’s degree in Communication, where she first discovered her passion for connecting with others. This inspired her to pursue an interdisciplinary degree in Psychology and Sociology, allowing her to delve deeper into the complexities of human behavior and social dynamics. Ella’s journey took a pivotal turn when she worked as an intake specialist, where she had the privilege of assisting clients in navigating their legal challenges. This experience sparked her desire to expand her understanding of the legal field and become more actively involved in client cases.
