Ellen Hendrickson

Ellen Hendrickson is a native of Maine, born in 1954. She obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition from the University of Maine, graduating with highest honors and Summa Cum Laude. She earned her Masters in Public Health from the University of California at Berkeley in 1978.
