Attorney Lawandi comes from an entrepreneurial background with business experience in the real estate investment and franchise industries. He is the principal of Lawandi Legal LLC, a real estate and civil litigation firm representing clients in Real Estate Law, Commercial Disputes, Personal Injury, and Consumer Fraud matters. Mr. Lawandi personally handles a variety of multi-million-dollar real estate transactions, personal injury matters, and successfully tried cases to a verdict. Mr. Lawandi also serves as general counsel and advisor to equity firms, real estate investment corporations, and private investors. He currently serves on various civic and charitable organizations, including the Economic Development Commission for the City of South River, NJ. By Order effective September 1, 2023, Mr. Lawandi was appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey to the District VI Ethics Committee for a four-year term
