About Emily
Emily Blake is a partner at McGavin, Boyce, Bardot, Thorsen & Katz, P.C. Emily focuses primarily on the defense of individuals, companies, and governmental entities in claims of personal injury and property damage, regardless of the theory of recovery. Ms. Blake also has experience litigating employment law matters, including claims of discrimination, claims involving business torts, and breach of contract claims. In addition, Ms. Blake clerked for the Honorable John M. Tran in Fairfax County Circuit Court, gaining experience in various types of civil matters.
