Emily E. Parks

About Emily

Attorney Emily Parks earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in 1995, graduating with honors from the University of South Carolina. In 1999 she earned her J.D. from the University of South Carolina as well. Emily is a former prosecutor, and has tried numerous misdemeanor and felony cases. She does handle Criminal Defense, but her practice now predominately focuses on Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Family Law, and Guardianships. Emily is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Michigan Bar Association, and the Fond du Lac County Bar Association.
