About Emily
Emily Humy joined the firm in 2022 as a litigation associate. In her practice, Emily advises clients in civil litigation matters related to real property and property rights, trust and estate disputes, business and personal injury. Emily excels at trial advocacy and has quickly become a valued trial attorney with the firm. Before joining the firm, Emily was an immigration attorney for an immigration non-profit in Watsonville. In that capacity, Emily helped clients obtain immigration status, naturalize and navigate the intersection of criminal law and immigration law.
