About Emily
Ms. Miller earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2016. She was Managing Editor of the University of Denver Water Law Review and initiated federal lawsuits through the Civil Rights Clinic. After clerking for Hon. John L. Wheeler, she worked as an associate specializing in workers’ compensation and subrogation recovery. Her current practice includes representing government entities, construction defect, employment, premises liability, and auto liability matters in Colorado state, federal, and appellate courts, and also practices in Arizona.
