About Emily
Emily R. Rankin is a partner at The Spence Law Firm, specializing in personal injury and wrongful death cases. Her expertise includes catastrophic injuries, complex medical malpractice, civil rights, oil and gas field incidents, sexual assault by authority figures, and trucking accidents. She was the firm's first female partner in 2009 and is a graduate of Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyer’s College. Emily holds Martindale-Hubbell’s AV Preeminent rating and is a past President of the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association. She is dedicated to helping injured individuals and families in Wyoming, New Mexico, and nationwide.
