Emily is an experienced litigator licensed to practice law in Kansas and Missouri State and Federal Courts. Whether individuals or businesses, Emily routinely represents clients against claims including general negligence, personal injury, and breach of contract where she works closely with her clients and participates in all phases of the litigation process.
