Emma Pugh

About Emma

Emma is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives since 1996 in our Public Family Law department, joining Langley Wellington in 2018, bringing with her over 30 years’ experience in Family Law. Emma specialises in Care Proceedings and Pre-Proceedings dealing with Social Services and works closely with clients on cases relating to children and families and complex proceedings. She studied at Worcester University and has spent most of her career representing families when the Local Authority becomes involved, representing in Child Care Proceedings if matters are brought to Court.
