Eric Frey’s work focuses on real estate (sales, acquisition, ownership/management and development), corporate, banking, municipal law and estate planning and administration. He represents clients throughout all stages of the real estate sales process including the drafting of sales and purchase agreements, guidance through the loan process, and representation at settlement. He advises clients on ownership issues and drafts documents for condominiums, homeowners’ association, and single purpose entities. Eric represents several banks and provides documentation for their large commercial transactions. He also consults with and represents developers and homeowners providing guidance through all necessary governmental approvals for the development of vacant ground and re-development of improved properties, including zoning, subdivision and land development approvals at the local level. He started in real estate as a title searcher in 1991 and started his own title insurance agency in 2008 to provide that service to clients as well. The title agency has grown every year providing this service to clients, realtors and lenders in Pennsylvania.
