About Eric
Eric is a tenacious litigator who has spent his entire legal career on the plaintiff side fighting-and winning-cases against giant insurance companies and the nation’s largest corporations. As a former Partner at a nationally recognized plaintiff-side law firm, Eric has successfully litigated cases against the very best defense law firms and handled all stages of complex and class action litigation in state and federal courts across the country. For his work, Eric has been recognized by his peers as a Super Lawyers® Rising Star for eight consecutive years. He co-founded AC SoCal Law because he believes that everyone should have an advocate who does not shy away from battle and always fights for the rights and interests of victims.
