About Eric
Eric has extensive experience handling labor and employment law matters and general commercial litigation. In his labor and employment practice, he handles all types of disputes - lawsuits in state and federal courts, arbitrations (AAA, FINRA, and privately arbitrated matters), and government enforcement agency proceedings. Eric also counsels employers of all types and sizes in establishing sound employment practices and policies, and handles emergency proceedings such as petitions for injunctive relief. As a commercial litigator, Eric represents businesses and individuals in a broad range of disputes.
