Born and raised on the Kenai Peninsula, attorney Eric Derleth, your Friend-in-Law®, has spent his entire legal career defending Alaskans against criminal charges and representing them in personal injury cases. He concentrates his practice in these areas to protect the rights of individuals against powerful entities. Based in Soldotna, Eric represents clients throughout much of Alaska. With 30 years of practice, he has successfully defended clients against serious criminal charges, including winning all of his murder trials. He is widely respected for his meticulous preparation and clear, effective communication. Eric graduated with honors from the University of Alaska Anchorage and Lewis & Clark Law School.
