Eric E. Winter, a Berks County Native, has vast experience with both jury and non-jury trials in many areas including child custody, personal injury, medical malpractice, criminal law, gun law, and immigration law. He has served as the judicial law clerk to President Judge Scott D. Keller at the Berks County Court of Common Pleas and with the Berks County District Attorney’s Office, where he helped establish treatment court programs.
