About Eric
Eric F. Yuhl (1956-2021) was a founding and senior partner of Yuhl Carr LLP. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of California at San Diego in 1977 and received his law degree from the University of San Diego, School of Law in 1981. Admitted to the California State Bar in 1981, he began his career at Lillick McHose & Charles, specializing in complex civil litigation, product liability, mass tort, and maritime law. He tried and won 12 jury trials and handled over 20 arbitrations. In 1985, he founded his own firm, which became the roots of Yuhl | Carr LLP, continuing to specialize in complex personal injury, mass tort, consumer class action, sex abuse litigation, and employment law. He secured many multi-million dollar settlements, arbitration awards, and jury verdicts for his clients.
