Eric Goldwarg’s litigation practice focuses on family law (including Collaborative Divorce), general civil disputes, landlord/tenant matters, criminal defense (including violations in Yellowstone National Park), and personal injury law. He also serves as a neutral mediator in family law matters. Prior to joining the firm in 2017, he practiced in Vermont and New Hampshire for five years. He graduated from Middlebury College (B.A. 2000) and Vermont Law School (J.D., magna cum laude, 2009). He is admitted to practice in Montana and Wyoming (inactive in Vermont). He is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. He grew up in Montreal, Canada, and enjoys skiing, running, hiking, hunting, and spending time with his family.
