Eric C. Larkin is a representative licensed by the Social Security Administration to handle Social Security Disability (SSD) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) claims. He handles all aspects of Social Security claims from initial consultation to appeals. He joined the firm in 2016 as Supervisor of the Health Care Provider Bill Recovery Unit. Prior to FBR, he worked for nine years as a paralegal. He graduated from Hofstra University with a BA in History and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Administration from City University of New York John Jay College of Criminal Justice. He represents members of the FDNY, Local 638 steamfitters, and TWU Local 100 transit workers.
