Eric M. Milner is a passionate and knowledgeable attorney who leverages his aggressive approach with over a decade of multi-faceted legal experience. He has substantial experience in the fields of Matrimonial and Family Law, Criminal Defense, Labor and Employment Law and Real Estate. Eric M Milner has appeared in countless actions in the State and Federal Courts throughout Long Island, the Five Boroughs as well as New Jersey. During his almost 11 years of practice, Eric M. Milner has taken numerous cases to trial and achieved substantial victories for his clients. In addition to court appearances, Eric M Milner has participated in collective bargaining negotiations as well as arbitration and grievance procedures pursuant to those contracts and has practiced extensively before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
