Eric Rasmusson grew up in Helena, Montana, and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Montana in 1989, earning his Juris Doctor degree from the same institution in 1992. He founded his first law firm in Boulder, Montana, and later returned to Missoula, eventually establishing Rasmusson Law Offices, PLLC in January 2020. He focuses on Workers Compensation, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Social Security Disability, and Medical Malpractice & Negligence. Eric is admitted to practice law before the US District Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and is a member of the Bar Association of Montana and the Bar Association of America.
