Eric Torberson is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and a Recon Marine. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University and St. Mary’s University School of Law. He is an experienced trial lawyer with extensive success in criminal law, including DWI and DUI cases, practicing in all Texas counties for misdemeanors and felonies. He also practices animal law, with vast Dangerous Dog case experience. He is a former assistant district attorney and his practice also includes Personal Injury accident cases. He is licensed to practice in Texas state court as well as the Federal Southern and Western Districts of Texas.
