Eric von Deck is a litigator with a focus on commercial matters, real estate, personal injury, and professional liability. Eric also has significant experience in commercial real estate transactions. Prior to joining THK, Eric practiced in the areas of securities regulation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and corporate governance.
