Eric Zitofsky is a solo practitioner with extensive experience in all aspects of criminal law, including DWI, assault, domestic disputes, weapons possession, theft, burglary, drug possession, and traffic violations. He also handles general litigation, assisting clients with bodily injury, money disputes, property disputes, and landlord/tenant issues. Prior to founding his own firm, Eric served as an Assistant District Attorney for Rockland County, New York. He strongly believes in the protection of individual rights.
