Erik A. Bergmanis is the managing member of Bergmanis Law Firm, L.L.C. He has been representing people at the Lake of the Ozarks for 40 years in both state and federal court in Missouri, and in other states in a wide variety of cases, including personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, criminal defense, social security disability, workers’ compensation, commercial litigation, and various other areas of civil litigation. He graduated with honors from Drury College in 1982 and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri - Columbia School of Law in 1985. He has served on the Missouri Bar Board of Governors since 1999, including time as president, and has held various other leadership roles within the Missouri Bar. He also served as Municipal Judge for the City of Linn Creek for 22 years.
