About Erik

Erik Andres Gutierrez earned his B.A. from UC Davis in 2007, and his J.D. from UC Davis School of Law in 2010. During law school, Erik demonstrated a commitment to serving the public interest while working for the UC Davis immigration law clinic, the Federal Public Defender’s Office, and the California Department of Justice. Along with his J.D., he was awarded a pro bono certificate and public interest certificate from the UC Davis School of Law. Erik was also selected by the law school as a student member of the prestigious Schwartz-Levi Inn of Court - an organization comprised of attorneys and judges focused on improving the skills, professionalism, and ethics of the bench and bar.
