About Erik
Erik has experience representing clients on a wide variety of issues, including real estate and title matters, wills and trust litigation, commercial disputes, and contract claims. He is a vital member of the TdD civil litigation team and assists clients in estate administration and probate courts throughout Missouri. A cum laude graduate of the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law, Erik began his career with the TdD family of companies in 2012 as a law clerk, real estate agent, and title insurance producer. He is a fierce advocate for his clients and has experience in both trial and appellate practice.
