Erika Scott rejoined Winer, Burritt, Scott & Jacobs, LLP as a Senior Associate in July 2018 and is now a Managing Partner. She previously worked for the firm as an associate from 2008 to 2010. Erika’s practice focuses on harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, sexual assault, and civil rights violations in the workplace as well as sexual abuse cases against health care providers.
