Erin Montgomery has been practicing workers’ compensation exclusively since 2010. She is actively involved with the Workers’ Compensation Education Association (WCEA) Board of Directors and legislative committee, and is president-elect of the WCEA for the 2026-2028 term. She gained valuable experience from her time at the Colorado Attorney General’s Office.
