About Erin

Erin is active in much of the office’s Personal Injury work, and she is the point person for, both, Probate and Motor Vehicle Accident cases. For accident and injury victims, she works to initiate medical benefits and income replacement. Erin also begins gathering medical records and bills, as well as income data to prepare organized filings in preparation for litigation. In Probate cases, Erin prepares and files legal documents, and manages key points in the process for families of deceased loved ones.
