About Erin

Erin Schoenbeck Byre is a South Dakota native who graduated summa cum laude from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. She previously clerked for Chief Justice Gilbertson and Justice Myren, and practiced medical malpractice, legal malpractice defense, construction litigation, and criminal defense before transitioning to plaintiff's litigation. She is passionate about serving others, volunteering for various Catholic organizations and conservation nonprofits.
