Ernest Blair is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney, with extensive experience litigating in Federal, Superior, Appellate, and Municipal courts. He has served as an Assistant Prosecutor in Essex County, trial attorney for the Port Authority of NY/NJ, and Assistant State Attorney in Dade County, Florida. Over 90% of his practice is dedicated to plaintiff personal injury cases, with additional service as a Condemnation Commissioner and in Municipal Court. He is licensed in both New Jersey and Florida. A committed community leader, Ernest is active in numerous legal and civic organizations across Middlesex County and is a member of First Baptist Church of Lincoln Gardens.
