About Eva
Eva Leone Kennedy joined Gruenberg Kelly Della in 2019. She has focused her entire legal career on civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury. She specializes in the area of automobile accidents and general liability cases. She has successfully represented her clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, litigation and in motion practice. Her persistence and hard work have resulted in six and seven figure settlements and awards for her clients. Since graduating from Touro Law school she has handled complex litigation matters such as: Construction site accidents, Class-action Breast implant lawsuits, Premises accidents, Motor vehicle accidents, Dog bite cases. Prior to joining the firm, she also had the benefit of experiencing Insurance Defense work giving her perspective of both the plaintiff’s and the defendant’s side of a case. Her unique perspective enhances her ability to effectively maximize a personal injury claim when negotiating with defense attorneys and insurance adjusters who often undervalue a claim. Ms. Kennedy’s skill combined with the personal attention that she gives her clients has made her an effective and successful litigator in the area of personal injury for many years.
